These Terms govern your use of Soukado. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You must follow local laws and not post prohibited items. You are responsible for your listings and interactions with other users.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant Soukado a license to show and distribute your content within the Service.

Prohibited content and behaviour

Soukado has zero tolerance for abusive content or behaviour: harassment, threats, insults, hate speech, sexual or violent content, scams and fraudulent ads. Anyone can report an ad or a person and block a user in the chat. The team reviews reports within 24 hours: the offending content is removed and its author may be suspended or banned from the service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as-is. Iziatec, as operator of Soukado, is not responsible for transactions between users or the accuracy of listings.
