We collect information you provide (profile, messages) and technical data (device, usage) to operate the Service.

How We Use Information

We use data to provide, improve, and secure our service, and to communicate with you about your account and transactions.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers, partners, or to comply with legal requests.

To verify your phone number, we send one-time codes by SMS or WhatsApp through our messaging providers: currently Moorsyl for SMS, and Twilio for WhatsApp messages and as a backup when an SMS does not arrive. Your phone number is shared with these providers, and with WhatsApp (Meta) when a code is sent by WhatsApp, solely for this purpose.

For the mobile app's notifications, your phone's notification identifier is sent to Expo, then to Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android), only to tell you about a new message or a change to your ads. It is deleted when you sign out.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time: on the website, in Profile → “Delete my account”; in the app, in Account → “Delete my account”. Your ads and their photos, favorites, saved searches, notifications, name, phone number and profile picture are deleted, and all your sessions are closed. Your messages stay visible to the people you talked to, under the name “Deleted user”. Payment orders are kept for accounting. You can also ask for deletion at the contact address above.
